vl berlina wagon 6cyl
It seems that every plastic part on the VL has gone brittle and so breaks easily
such as bumper bars, centre console, dashboard:rofl2:
so did holden save money on cheap and nasty plastic, or does this deterioration get caused to all old cars plastic from the sunlight? come to think of it, the sunlight is altered as it goes thru the windows, so maybe the cause is heat??
an indication of time left parked in the sun is how much the top of steering wheel cover has come loose from the metal

so the tail light covers on my wagon still look OK but are very weak and brittle and break easily when hit or even pushed
has anyone used rare spares replacement and are the inner globe holders included or is it just the outside lenses?
it seems that all commodore wagons up to the VL use the same tail lights
