VN Calais Climate control Problem!

I have a VN Calais, and my climate control seems to be having a few problems... It doesn't get very hot, even with the temp set to the highest, and even on it's coldest setting, refuses to get cold. Most of the air coming from the Dash vents... Is ther a way I can check the system?

Does the vent controls work...ie goes from face to feet and windscreen ok or not!

See if the heater tap works whilst adjusting the temp from cold to hot.

Will do up a how to test the climate control on your car soon.
