Vn new headunit install help!!

Gday guys, i have abit of a problem, i purchased a new jvc headunit on the weekend and today i took the original tape player out,now the problem is how the hell do i mount the cradle for the jvc unit? The original radio has a bracket screwed to either side of it to mount it. Those brackets dont fit on the jvc so how do you mount an aftermarket headunit?

thats an easy one mate....drill the brackets so they fit Either that or use the aluminium cradle that came with it

or on the new units cradle you should find tabs that can be bent out around the origanal brackets or dash hole.(check instructions )

no worries fellas, i just drilled a couple holes in the side of the jvc and put the brackets in,just fitted it to the car to make sure it fitted and yep no dramas there.
