vn parkers stay on

ok well i had me dash out last week and i removed the hvac completely
i put it all back together and now the parkers are stuck on even when the key is off
and the dash stays illuminated. when i turn the parker switch on the warning light and oil light come on
also i flicked it between high and low beam the no.1 fuse blew.

any help would be hugely appreciated...

This is exactly what happend to me any ideas or can anyone shed light on this?

I have pulled the dash apart and same thing happens
