hey all
just been looking at putting a vn ss kit on my vg ute.
just wondering what i will havta do to make it fit?
ithe front bar will bolt straight on yeh?
but will teh sideskirts be too short? n do i need to get a custom rear bar made up?
ive seen vn ss front bars 4 sale .. ive been told they have an extra lip but one or two i looked at looked identical to my vg stock bar:S
if its gonna cost an arm and a leg im just gonna scrap teh idea n keep it kit-less

The exec and SS bars are the same, only the lip is different (and abit of the bottom section cutout to house the spotties. You could just fit the lip to your normal bar.

Side skirts, you can just use VQ Stato ones, there identical design to VN SS, just with rear longer pieces (they will also fit wagon, but dont know any factory wagons besides HSVs that have them)

With the rear, you'll need to modify the centre section. Or you could do what i saw the other day, and cut a sedan bar to fit (and since the lower section will be the same size, just leave the lip on)
Heres a pic of one hakky posted 9not sure how you'd mod it tho, don't have a ute to experiment with my own)

Utes, wagons and Statesmans all have the same wheel base (VN-S that is). I'm using VS stato sideskirts on my VP Wagon (sedan ones were too short)

Thats just for the rear btw, the front pieces can be used across the range (if you have to)
