Vn wobbly passenger and driver seats

Hey all, recently took my car in for a roadworthy and failed due to quite a bit of seat wobble, does anyone know of a solid solution. the wobble come from the backrest of the seat and i can’t seem to find the right bolt to tighten it up.

Find a seat thats not rooted. Easier said than done nowdays. A lot of old cars fail roadworthy for that reason.

EZ if you have a ute just load them up against the back wall haha, yeah nah theres no way to tighten it they are worn

alright fair enough, do you know if VT seats will fit the Vn rails or should i go aftermarket seats?

Good news is, VN to VS seats all bolt in the same...Might help with replacing

Must be some way to repair seats with wobble play.

It's something that a solutmust be found for given originality is important and good SH seats will increasingly be hard to find.

Not wrong but most likely is like a complete frame rebuild with some new metal arms... same as the VG VQ VN VP VR VS bonnet hinges, theyre not really something you can repair either.
