Hey all I got a question
I’m taking the v6 engine and manual gear box out of my vp Calais with the engine loom. And I’ve seemed to gotten all the wires that connect to the body except the bunch of wires that go through the fire wall on the drivers side.

Does anyone know if I have to remove the whole dash to get the wire out and if so how? And if not please explain what I have to do to get them out.

Thanks in advance

Hey bro pretty sure the wires run all the way from the engine to the ECU without a break
so dash gotta come out unless you can rip em through but unlikely and prob break em

Dash doesn’t have to come out to remove the engine harness.

I haven’t pulled a VP V6 loom out for a while so I’m a little rusty, but check for a clip joining the wiring either side of the firewall. You should only need to un clip then pass the ends from the ecu out the firewall on the passenger side to free the harness.
