The wife's vqs2 v6 has a faulty sender unit(confirmed with auto elec) and I have a vqs1 v8 as a parts car with a working sender.
Question is I know the pump and return hose setups are different. I can mod the pump but will I run into problems with the return hose being in a different location?
S1 is returned via the tank and the s2 is via the sender itself.
Or just swap the complete tanks over and change pump to suit but then I will have breather hose problems?
Or just don't bother, it's been stuffed for 3 years haha.
