The SI is based on the VN, SII is based on the VP.

Here's a few differences in SII off the top of my head:

1) quarter panel indicators
2) the white SII VQs were actually white, not cream
3) lower skirts colour-coded
4) side skirts and rear lip
5) 15" alloys
6) revised electrical system, central BCM
7) changed interior trim, including two-tone dash and colour-coded wing mirrors
8) ABS (option)
9) V6 (option)
10) speed sensitive steering (standard I think)

That's all I can think of.

The sv93 is a HSV LWB statesman SERIES II not a enhanced statesman
43 made only
They are 180kw
220km on dash with HSV logo in centre
Leather bolstered seats cloth HSV inserts
Leather center console
Fog lights
COLOUR CODED GRILLE AND MIRRORS
Suspension upgrade
ABS Brake upgrade
Cold air intake
HSV badges and tags
17" HSV wheels
Gearbox mods
Front and rear bar lips
Eyebrows on front arches

VR style radio cassette with cd input plug
Only colour was white over pearlescent bone
