vr 0 to 100 times with mods ??

High 7sec is about right for a VT V6 Manual. If that's timed on a G-tech, then it's about 8sec 0-100 which sounds fair.

I done a 7.9 in my manual VX with a mate in the car and a cat back.
Mate done 7.2 in his auto VR with me in his car and full exhaust and extractors.

i havent got a g-tech so i use a video camera on the speedo and do a frame by frame afterwards

VX V6 autos will cut a low 7 on a Gtech no problem at all, VT's aren't much slower and in fact all of them run about the same time (good ones). You can make any of the V6 in executive form go about 6.9 with minimal mods. But after that your pretty much up against the wall. The 5 litre is similar but you are fighting against 5.9 rather than 6.9

I think i hit an 8.3 in my VP Manual. Didnt really get off the line well and i had someone in the car with me.

pacemakers,
twin 2.25" exhaust
ba XR8 cats
come racing camshaft
2500rpm stally
stage two shift kit
3.7 diff gears.

small amount of wheel spin off the line.
