Yes it will fit onto your vr but iv never heard of it being a upgrade.. the only upgrade iv heard of is putting a series 2 coil pack on series one buick engines

same thing, they're interchangeable, i wouldn't use the term upgrade although they are newer so it sort of is.......

No real upgrades besides super 6 coil packs. MSD's are not worth the money

Does it make a difference putting a super 6 coil pack on N/A ecotec??? Im guessing the only gains would be on a worked motor

Well some one threw MSD"s on their L67 and noticed zero difference so I would honestly say it's much for muchness.

Ive found that new genuine holden coils make the car start and run better and give better fuel economy when compared to new cheaper aftermarket coils. The genuine ones also last a lot longer.

i run msd starter and coils and 9.5mm leads. does start alot easier but not much diff. got them new and was free off family. other than that id recommend the l67 ones. they worked alot better.
