Vr throttle body

Hi guys, so we have cleaned the throttle body on our manual vr we are replacing the gasket, should we use adhesive to stick the gasket on or just place it back on with no adhesive??

Shouldn't need adhesive on the TB. I have even reused the gaskets before and never used sealant.

Thanks was just checking didn't want to cause damage or leak by using adhesive.
