VR V6 Sounds like a washing machine

Hey i have noticed when i put my foot down my commodore sounds like a washing machine like its got a blockage somewhere or maybe a cracked pipe somewhere it really annoys me do any of yous have any ideas what this could be

If u have recently change the coolant in your car, you need to bleed the cooling system. Undo the bleeder valve near the front of the motor.

so you start the car take let it reach operating temp and take the nipple off?
do you have to take the radiator cap off while you do this?

No, just unscrew the bleed valve when have reached operating temperature. The radiator cap has a warning on it for a reason. :bop:
