Yeah...first off... I hope all your power wiring for the sub and amp and stuff is good...and not grounding or doing anything funky.
Second check that the battery isn't flat...
Thirdly start going through the fuse box and see if any are blown.

Did you do anything live while u were installing the sub? Have any wires touch and make sparky sparks?

All the fuses are good power sub wire was yet to be connected to the battery so no welding happened, it's like the key has gone dead its only 2 weeks old :/

Has your mate been a bit distant lately & started refering to this car as Christine?

how long was it running? a quick start and stop will take more out of the battery than the alternator can put back in and if the ignition was left on for an hour (or were you on the can for an hour?) before then chances are it's flat.

what other symptoms? Do the headlights turn on? do them dim out completely to nothing when the key is turned to start it?
do the red lights on the dash come on? did you bump the fuse box and/or wiring and plugs while installing the other stuff?
