the lcds are failing, you will need to find another cluster and swap the main board. The 3 trip window unit can be removed from the cluster, the main board at the back will have your odo, so swap it onto another working unit. common problem with these. If it still has issues then it maybe the mainboard, so swapping the memory chips over will be required. Avoid swapping individual parts as each 3 windows are specific, so swapping one from another will need be the identical part from the same place.
