Vs auto snaps into drive, reverse etc from park/neutral

hi sometimes but not always when i start my vs auto and put it from park or neutral into reverse of drive etc its rather harsh, its like if i was to rev it up and slam it into drive etc.

what could be causeing this? its not like fully sick harsh just allot harsher then it used to be and nothings changed, no error codes etc. just worried its gonna cause damage to the auto as if i dont have foot on break i reken it would spin the rear wheel on teh spot for a second

also it has the stock standard memecal in it not an after market one

Classic TPS problem

If not the TPS, it may be a solenoid fault.

The one that controls line pressure in the valve body.

cheers guys, yeh i was thinking TSP, however there is no codes, although i have now noticed it getting worse as its now reving up to like 1000-1200rpm when i park the car, i.e. when puting it into park from drive it revs up then slowly revs back down and starts to miss a bit.

also auto has been serviced not too long ago (like 10 000 k's ago) and oil looks and smells fine.

can a stuffed TPS not through a code???

If its idling high, then thats proabably half the reason it bangs into gear. Id be checking and cleaning the IAC solenoid and its locating hole. It may be half blocked up, which can cause the idle speed to become erratic. Also check for vacuum leaks around the inlet manifold etc, and also check for loose or disconnected vacuum pipes.
