vs big hsv wheels

hi iv tried staggered hsv wheels on my vs the 275s on rear fit good but the 245s on the front touch the strut where it curvs up on bottom of spring. i was told to hit the strut with a hammer by the tire shop to bend it in abit but i dont like rough jobs as i keep my cars imac. so can anyone tell me if i was to get coilovers would this fix my problem . or what els have any of you guys experianced with big ve wheels thanks for any help

Or you could just put a smaller tyre on...

Maybe also mention which wheels they are.

245 30 20’s are the only size that’ll fit with tyres available in the correct load rating
