Have you tried a bit of lube on the button (in the door snib)?
I have a rear door that stopped working once, bit of lube was enough to free the sticky button.

If you can lock unlock the doors manually via the drivers side lock then most likely the actuator is stuffed...pulled mine apart and lubed up linkages ect, work okish for a mth or 2 then stopped again..went through 3 used ones before I got a good one...no Idea why the drivers one always dies as it works just as much as the others, maybe all the constant slamming of the drivers door :)
