VS Holden Commodore Makes A Noise In Engine

every time i start the car this is the noise i get i dont want to spend a whole lot of money to fix it so iam hoping someone on here can help me as there are a few things it could be

Sounds like it needs oil

It has oil it's over fulled

Can you hear it tap when you turn it over by hand? does it happen every rotation, or every second rotation?

Next up; whip the rocker covers off and check every thing is as normal. hopefully this results in a quick and cheap fix!

OH, and also check your exhaust's for cracks, incase that cause's the noise.

It's got extractors on it

Much easier for people on the forum to help you if you can tell us what part of the engine the noise seems to be coming from... If your not sure, get a hose put one end to various parts of engine, i.e left & right rocker covers, front & rear of engine, crankcase.
Check your oil first if you haven't already... Dont rev it. Don't run it for any longer than you have to.
