maybe, but the nut looks as if it's got a blue nylock tip on it which is odd because all of those nuts have crimped ends to lock them on, maybe some thing broke and they have had to get other parts for it?
As for the grease i just used some high temp high pressure stuff we had that we used on our project car, seems to have done the trick on my bolts

Also, the car should be on level ground before final tightening of the suspension bolts. You can't tighten them with the car jacked up.

just looks like they have fixed a torn mount with a new piece of steel and drilled a hole in it

Nah, the mount does not even look like it has been touched...

if the car doesn't feel different then it's fine just grease up the bolts and as woteva said make sure you do the final tighten when the car is on the ground
