Try wiper plenum in Google. They can be bought new but the issue is fitment, they don't always fit without some persuasion. A reasonable SH one can occasionally be found at the wreckers.

I've seen it called "rain shield". It's one of those things with different names, unless you have the actual Holden parts manual.
