VS V8 PCV rubber hose

i need to grab some new hose for my VS for the PCV to TB, the really short one that goes onto the rocker connector(passenger side) was ancient and split, the longer one's ok tho.
is this hose anything special, or is any fuel rated hose suitable?
if it's a special type or part, anyone got a part number?

i replaced all 3 of mine the two little ones and the long one and the pcv valve as they were split and the valve was clogged. i just went genuine, wasn't expensive and the car idled heaps better and the fuel economy improved as well.
i tried sprints, repco, auto pro etc and they all just give you a blank look.
