I've got PDF's of all the wiring diagrams, sensor wiring and PCM pinouts if it helps.

I've just redone the entire engine loom on my car, without these I'd have been screwed.

Doesn't make any difference 32/64. If you followed the instructions in the link in post #10, carefully and properly, it will work. I have installed/run the VS workshop manual successfully on windows 10/64 and am currently running it successfully on windows 11/64 without issues. Perhaps you could be more specific about what you are doing, in what sequence, and the problems you are having.

Iv looked for the site I downloaded the manual from but can not find it again. The manual I have is a PDF copy. If there is somewhere to host it I'm happy to put it there. I have no idea who published it but it isn't Gregory's/Haynes. Just has Commodore / Lexcen 1993 - 1997.
