[NSW] vt 97 commodore wagon

Hi , Help please, car will start / idle a bit, then when you apply accelerator it stops. Have changed the fuel filter , which was dirty. Could it be the fuel pump , or maybe a sensor. Any help appreciated.

How does it sound when idling? is it rough or does it sound normal?

Sounds like it could be a sensor although exactly which one is hard to say

That could be coils or spark leads or spark plugs have u checked about that?
