Vt central locking issues

Hi guys finally back into a commodore. Any way the central looking is being a dick, sometimes unlocks all the door via door lock, bit of wiggling get its. But the buttons dont work. Car starts fine, just no key less entry. Where should i look... i dont even think the red security light comes on.

I'm guessing the actuator/ central locking motor in the doors had it . The key in the door overrides the remote .

Im thinking that but the boot wont open, the lights dont even flash old owner recons it was programed wrong :/ i thought they wouldnt start if thays the case.
