vt clubsport wheels

does a anybody no how u can tell the size of the width of your rims. I just bought a vs with 17'' vt clubsport wheels and dont know the width of them.. my insurance doesnt allow me to have 17'' x 8'' rims with out IRS
any help would be good thanks

if they are the stock ones i.e the exact wheels on a vt clubsport they are 17" x 8" just read the tyres they should say on the side.
