As per my post, test the starter outside the vehicle to eliminate it as faulty.

Sounds like the starter try's to turn, then jams and if i still hold the key on it sounds like a rattle gun ??? Does that look like it's a jammed flywheel ? Thanks for your help

that sounds usually means flat battery , and if you take out the plugs it reducers the pressure therefore easy to crank by hand.

Sounds like it's a flat battery. Or a bad connection. Are the battery terminals clean and tight?

Ice managed to get the engine to turn but it sounds slow like it's struggling, I'm thrown new leads and plugs on and about to try and jump it

Tried jumping it, engine just turns over very slow, changed plugs and leads too. If it was the coil that was the cause, would it even try to turn?
Thanks again

The thing that turns the engine over is the starter motor, it needs enough voltage to turn it over fast enough to start. If you jumped it and it still turned over slow, then you either have a bad starter motor, the timing is way out, or the leads are on wrong.
