Vt front right wheel rubbing and no full lock

I recently replaced the struts, springs, sway bar links, castor bushes, and z bar bush in the control arms of my vt,now ive noticed on full lock the front right wheel slightly touchs the inner guard, im not sure if its cause the guard isnt mounted properly. But it also doesnt seem to turn im as much as the left. What would cause this.

If you've changed height you'll need a wheel alignment, have you had that done?

Are the castor bushes are increased castor or adjustable? Some aftermarket kits will increase one side only for some reason.
