VT gear box gets really hot any ideas?

My gear box gets extremely hot when driving any ideas?

also what Can be done to a ecotec motors performance wise?
already has cold air induction, extractors ,exhaust system. I can't drive V8 or I would of bought one.

run an trans oil cooler...

If its getting extremely hot there could be a block or restriction somewhere or the gearbox is on its way out and the clutches are slipping too much

brand new clutch and fly wheel less than a month old. guess I have to go get it checked

oh its a manual...
my advice was based on an auto

maybe the new clutch wasnt put in with the right clearances, not sure, i stick to my built autos.
Heaps better imo
