as long as both motors are ecotec...................should fit...........not 100% sure but u will get a better idea if you compare plugs on the box....and then the plug on the car wiring loom.....if they are the same.......should work......I did run into a 5.0l VS gearbox being different in the shifter hookup to the 5.0litre VT.....meaning.......wiring did not match and I was not able to fit the VS gearbox to the VT wiring loom................If you are gonna run into a problem this will be it................But as i said....I am not sure this is the same problem for V6.....
