vt manual jerking??

Hey guys little problem I'm unsure with, when I'm driving along in sorta any gear sometimes the car Sorta jerks a little when just touching the throttle cruising ?? it's really only when your just on the throttle it jerks a little its pretty annoying but I'm not sure if its a concern? it's a v6

The 'Throttle Position Sensor" (TPS) could be playing up.

It could be a loose plug lead/s,cracked coil/s,partially blocked fuel filter or faulty fuel regulator.Long shot but could be a faulty plug (cracked or broken porcelain) too,

i only just replaced it with ngk leads and sparkplugs so it's not that havent changed fuel filter i cleaned the throttle body today which helped a bit but still sorta does it.

Does it happen when you go slightly downhill, on the flat, uphill, or all three?
