Hi Guys,

My Vt series 1 was lowered when I purchased it & it has now become an issue bottoming out on speed humps and driveways, despite going over them slowly. I also have a bad knee so it is harder for me to get in and out.

I want to change it to FE2 suspension and was just wondering what I will need to change. Will I get away with springs and shocks or will I need struts as well. Would it be worth changing all the rubbers underneath while I am at it.

Thanks.

you'll just need to change the springs. shocks should be ok.
replace any rubber bushings that are stuffed or suspect.

and get a wheel alignement when you're done.

Cheers, thanks for that. I was told a heap of different things and just wasn't sure. Makes it easier.
