VT SS 5.0L Heating/Cooling systen not working?

My issue isnt that big at all but its to do with the aircon and the heating/cooling system, it only comes out of the windshield dimister. Even when i chage the dile from face, feet, face and feet. Allways stays on windshield.

Turning the aircon on dosent seem to do anything either :/

Cover gasket is not sitting correctly or needs replacing..

Windshield vent is the default when there is no vacuum in the system. Check for an unplugged vacuum line which may have been (accidentally) disconnected when the valve cover was removed.

I fixed the gasket issue i forgot to plug that silver pipe thing in after cover reinstalled

Where would I find the vacume plugs or hose?
