VT V6 Factory duel fuel lacking power

Hi guys got a 97 VT Berlina duel fuel from factory i was driving a few friends VT/VX the other day and i noticed that mine lacks power i wouldn't say laggy or not running properly i'm just guessing it's tuned differently for the fitting of the gas? it's the same if it's on gas or petrol

Where would a good place be to get a tune for it around the Bayswater area to bring it back up to a stock feeling
