JUST REPACED MY ''DFI'' PLATE..with a new ''american'' built one...runs fine after trying 4 ''old'' ones..and changing..''CAS'' its your ''dfi''100%
OK HERE'S A DOOZY....MY ''CAS'' IS 18MONTHS OLD...A ''AC DELCO''' IVE CHANGED..DFI PLATE..COILS..cleaned all ground points.pulled the ''main fuse'' many many times..ran fine for 2days...thought it was ''FIXED'' THEN CUT OUT TODAY ''NO SPARK'' SO OK LETS LOOK AT THE ''CAS'' AGAIN...IT WAS MISSING THE SENSOR ''ORING'' RUBBER INSULATOR..AND the waterpump has a slight leak...ONE OF THE ''4.PINS'' ON THE CAS..HAS CORROSION.?????????? PUT THE NEW ONE IN..STARTED 1ST TIME..EVEN FEELS BETTER...was throwing ''mixed signals'' and noticed my ''fuel gauge is not drawing down under load now.a 28 dollar ''cas''.
