vt v8 exhaust under vs

Hey guys, does anyone know if a vt v8 exhaust will go under a vs v8 without much modification?

Nope. Will require relocation of the flanges and probably extension of the tail pipe.

Or does anywhere do an off the shelf 2.5 twin system for a vs?

Yes, I do. Twin 2 1/2" off twin cats with front mufflers and tail pipes, or rear resonator. $790 with pipes, $840 with resonator. Price includes shipping.
