I'm not saying that taking the timing out is not needed in some engines most of the speedway cars have now moved the wheel on the back of the balancer to take timing out but they have only needed to do that now there running rite on the edge with comp and big cams so a stock Eco on 98 should not as far as I know but that's just what I think.
