Well manage to find a front end off a mate, not exactly what i wanted but is dirt cheap and will be a temp fix to get it on the road, is a vt front bar lights and guards, not the best looking front but for $80 cant complain.
Still not bad. Best to get your ute mechanically reliable first before you do your mods. I understand your budget & I've been there myself. Mind you I don't have any kids. Keep looking about as something will turn up. I was looking for 17" or 18" wheels until the guy who tints my cars showed me his 19" of his wagon & instantly liked them. He's just bought a new set of 20" so I've bought his 19" for $600 in very good condition. They're reminiscent of a set of wheels I've seen on VZ's
Yeah thats it man, will be only temp atleast i have guards has they are the same i believe, and yeah still looking for some stockies 16" or so, then still need to do gey some small things fixed up like steering rack boot, brakes and pads etc, excites though since im doing more stuff then i ever did to me ford ute haha
We had rain here for the first time in ages (since ive had my ute) and the inside smelled like wet.
Not really looking forward to fixing that. Looks like i might be digging through your thread again risky. haha
Txt that guy with the wheels, guy was coming around to buy them lol, might have a set for $200 next week, just depends if the guy sell them has he wont hold etc, talking about rain was pissing down the other night, surprisely my ute dont leak (far has I know) even with the driver door seal broken around the window corner etc.
Well someone local is selling VT SS x5 wheels with rwc tread or stickies x6 with new tyres, if he still have one or other will have them next week hopefully.
