Yeah, seems to be running out of fuel now, might have to get bigger injectors.

You reckon your duty cycle is right out hey, not many people get to the end of the 36lb injectors

sh!t mate. you've made a real car out of what could have potentially been sold for parts! you've got a solid dyno figure and a very linear torque curve. can't wait to see what else you have in store.

Well the Ute is back on the road and (was) performing really well. Heaps more mid range and it pulls hard.

However I have managed to break the VY SS diff so now the gearbox has to wait and I will be fitting a set of 3.9:1 gears.

Should get up and boogey down the 1/4 now.

Well after doing a fair amount of research it appears KAAZ are not quite all they are cracked up to be, pretty good but still could be better, so it seems the answer lies with a HARROP TRUETRAC. these diffs seem awesome and virtually indestructible for the same price as a KAAZ. No running in, No noise, No special oil.... what more can you want.

But as usual they are out of stock and may take a few weeks to get one and I need the ute going now... Swallowed the bullet and fitted a mini spool as it was a cheap way to get going while I wait for my TrueTrac....

I also fitted a set of 3.91 gears to get it's arse off the line a bit better and I can say the improvement is very noticeable. Should reduce those 1/4 times a bit now if I can just get the gearbox sorted.

Radarak47 has been in contact with chiptorque again and apparently now everyone with recalibrated ECU chips from Chiptorque can now have have Rev limit lifted, shift points changed etc etc etc. RING CHIPTORQUE
