VX Commodore Compatible Seats

Hey I’m just wondering if anyone knows if VT/VS Commodore seats will bolt directly into a VX Commodore? Thanks

You think the leather ones out of a VZ would fit fine?

Only if you have airbags in yours now.

They bolt up fine but the VZ SS seats are fitted with airbags in the seats. VY were the same but did not have airbags.

Okay thanks. I’m pretty sure mine have the airbags as they have the 2 electric motors underneath so it should be fine.

The electric motors are for seat adjustment. Not airbags.

Airbag wiring and plugs will be yellow. Use caution. They are explosive devices.

The seat adjustment on mine are all manual and not electric. It did have a yellow plug going towards it. Would that be the one with airbags?

Alright I don’t think it’s airbags since I’ve unplugged them and there is no warning light indicating the airbags. Should be good from there on.
