vx commodore electrical fault?? help

I was wondering if someone could help me?
I have a vx commodore s2 and have been experiencing a few strange things happening with the electronics in my car.

The issues are as follows:
*Power train light comes on
*Car stalls when the horn,wipers and head lights are turned on
*Car is struggling
*When the car is locked from the remote the head lights flash instead of the indicators
*Stereo plays for a short 3 seconds when the car is being locked from the remote

I have changed the alternator and some of the fuses & relays

is anyone is able to help i would appreciate it.

i have also checked the battery and it is putting out around 17V which i think is high..
