Hey guys, i just got a set of extractors, y piece and high flow cat cheap, the guy told me they would fit my vx, but the steering rack thing is in the way, also there is not port thing for the egr.
im assuming they are for a vs, is there any way to make them fit? or am i now stuck with trying to sell them again. Cheers in advance mate.

Yes, the VT onwards had a different steering rack setup. Y-piece also looks like it's the wrong shape as well. Would help to compare the two if you have access to a hoist. Maybe ask an exhaust shop to look at it.

Find out what it's off and sell them on. Would probably cost more than you bought them for to have it modified to fit if you can't do it yourself.

The bracket on the Y pipe is a VS bracket, so they are off a VS.

Incidentally, who ever made the Y pipe has done the flange on the cat and the angle to suit the early exhaust, not VS.

It wouldn't bolt straight up to the cat back, no.
