vx stacker jammed

can anyone tell me if the standard eurovox stacker in a vx calais is hard to get a jammed stacker cartridge out of? is it just a case of removeing the top and pushing it out manually?

No, it's not easy. Get a service technician to do it. The assembly must be pulled apart and put back together properly.....I have one on my bench at the moment. It took me an hour and a half to do the job with the correct tools.

thanks! the car is getting sold so i'll probably chase up another 1 it's a friends car the eurovox stackers seem to be pretty cheap!! aslong as they haven't got a problem they seem like a pretty shitty unit to me this is the 2nd or 3rd time its broken!!
