[NSW] Vx sunroof won't close

Hey guys n gals last night when I got home I went to close my sunroof and the thing just keeps clicking at me and wont go up or down, iv tried to push it up while pushing up and pushing down when pushing down, it's one of those 2 way ones where it goes up and slides back, not sure what brand it is or anything cause its not completely vented for me to b able to see details, does anyone have any idea how I can have this thing closes before this arvo because apparently I'm in for a storm

Please help :)

Hmmmm......Sounds like a lube problem.
I would get it lubed properly. WD40 will loosen it up, but will not lubricate it properly. It's just a quick fix.

IMO either contact a sun roof installer or ask at your local car shop.
I would suggest some sort of friction grease. Don't use wheel bearing grease, although I suppose you could but it would be really smelly in the car.
There are many different types of grease out there all for different purposes and it wouldn't be hard to find something.

try some lithium grease...just serviced mine and took the glass out...cleaned the rails and lubed with lithium grease...good as gold
