VX window stuck

Hey all
My drivers window is stuck down. It's the old timey windy type, I understand its a broken regulator but i cannot afford to repair it this week so was wondering if there's a way to manually get the window up because it lives outside and I don't want the interior to get wet. and I would also like to be able to drive it for the meantime. I have taken the door cover off but can't seem to figure out what to do from there.
All help would be greatly apprecieated

what part exactly is broken

will take panel off again later. it wont wind up but will wind down. the bit the handle goes on is very loose

Have you tried taking the trim off and pushing it up from the bottom of the window while you turn the handle? If that doesn't work then pull the regulator out and push it up by hand and prop it up with a couple of pieces of wood.
