How much is a capa kit going for installed these days? Around 8k with a tune?

I'd personally still go the MAFless as it gives you more options in the future, if you want to go further in the future, that MAF tune will be basically wasted money. MAFless tunes tend to be alot more predictable in the outcome as well, there is nowhere near as much variance at the end between tuners as there is with MAF tune in terms of power and fuel consumption. Valve springs could be scrapped, they're not really needed unless you're going to run with a new cam.

3.9 diff makes a massive difference like said earlier.
