VY commodore wagon/sedan/ute diff, are they the same?

VY series 2 exec
i have blown my diff on my vy sedan and the best option i have found to replace is from a VY wagon, would this bolt straight in or is it different?

2002 VY L67 Calais Sedan, 2012 VE L77 Calais Wagon
Is it the same ratio ?
If not, you will need to have the speedo corrected to suit the replacement diff.
