vy drivers side electric wondow not working.. any help?

my vy drivers side window will not go down.. there seems to be a ticking noise under the steering colum... and im trying to find the relays

The ticking noise under the steering column will be the relay. Your BCM is stuffed and will need replacing which means you'll need new key heads and programming as well. For a new BCM, 2 new key heads and programming you're looking at around $400. You can bypass the BCM but you'll lose your auto down feature.

bumping this thread instead of starting another.

im currently having the same problem, at first i thought it was the power window motor but still the same problem, have checked the switch and it is working so am i right in assuming it is definitely the BCM?

notes:
can hear the relay click on and off.
i am getting about 12V at the window motor on the appropriate wire when using the switch.
the motor is definitely working as i dodgied up some wiring from the other windows
