VY LS S-Pac ute

thought i may as well post up my new daily,

Model: 03 VY S-pac
Colour: Purple (cosmo i think)
Km's: 140 XXX
Engine Type:5.7L LS1
Engine Mods: None
Exhaust: snapped header bolt, custom gutted cat and high flow no muffler exhaust. and a drone that will make your ears bleed :help: :bang: (the back fire sounds nice though lol)
Gearbox: T56 manual
Suspension: Slammed
Wheels/Tyres: 19' ANZ Destinos
Interior: standard S-pac
Exterior: not to bad few dings and scratches here and front bar is cracked though
Stereo: kenwood cd, unsure of speakers (nothing great atm)
Other Mods: hardlid
Future Mods: tidy it up and set it up to tow the other ute

guessing it had an engine swap at some point?

hope everything else got beefed up with the transplant i.e tailshaft,brakes,diff, etc

That being said, a quick paint correction and itll come up mint

i like the wheels

pretty certain its a factory V8 6spd all the plates check out just doesnt have SS interior as in seats and dash
even when i went to insure it it came up with S-pac option.

yeah im sure with a bit of a cut and polish it will come up nice (just has a few dents and im pretty sure it has done some circle work lol as there is red dust everywhere)

here is a pic just after i did the swap. put my destinos on as these wheels have stuff all tread
i think they are a HBD rim the look very similar to super sports but they are 19"

The VY S ute did come in a 5.7l v8. Its like a sv8 but a ute, basically a exec with SS drive line.

They didn't come with the ss kit though did they? Has that been put on or am I mistaking an sv8 for this genuine one off vy s v8?

I think it may have come with the SS front bar minus fog lights as the fog lights aren't genuine and I have no idea how to turn them on as it doesn't have the fog light switch it's just standard light switch.
And I don't think the side skirts or rear is SS


Yeah the backfire is decent haha scared a couple of people and snapped a few necks haha, really needs a tune so it doesn't do it as bad (and so it doesn't chew the juice)
