Vy ls1 conversion

Hi all, I have a ls1 motor out of a 2000 Vt Calais and I was wondering if it would work in a 2004 vy and if not what would I have to do to make it work ? I have all parts from the previous car there. Loom, k frame etc..
Any info would be good cheers.

Use K frame, engine, trans, tailshaft, exhaust, fuel lines from the VT.

You'll need a VY radiator, fans, loom, abs module, vy s2 v8 fuel pump, matched bcm, pcm and keyhead.

Better off finding a wrecked vy v8 for ease of conversion. Cost will be lower too.
